How cute are these little guys?? My first set of identical twins – and boy was it hard for me to tell them apart during their session. Once I started editing these shots, I was able to distinguish the (very) subtle difference between the two boys – I was pretty proud of myself for that! These guys were super smiley, and loved being cuddled up next to each other. I love, love, LOVE working with newborn twins, and these guys were no exception!!! Thanks Natasha for bringing your amazing little guys in to see me!

These little guys came to see me a couple weeks ago for a newborn session….at 8 weeks old. Normally, I wouldn’t even attempt to do a newborn session at that age, but I felt so bad that their Mama had missed out on newborn pictures because one of the little guys had to spend some time in the hospital after he was born, so I decided to be a trooper and give it a go!  And I’m so glad I did!! Both Wyatt & Jackson were such good boys – and handsome too! They slept great for me, and little Wyatt even decided he would curl up for me just like a 6 day old!

Big sis came along for the session, too. I have a feeling those boys are gonna be keepin’ her (and their Mama & Daddy) busy, especially in a couple years.  :)   Thanks you guys – I had so much fun working with you all!

One of my favorite families to work with came to see me again a couple weeks ago. I’ve been working with them since Little J (below) was still in his mommy’s tummy. Now he’s 2 and about to be a big brother to a baby sister! He’s gonna take real good care of her, I can tell. It’s always so fun to watch families grow, and it makes it even more fun when the families look as great as this one. K – if I didn’t love you so much, I might have to hate you for having the cutest preggo body out there!

Can’t WAIT to meet Miss Julia!!

Happy 2010! My first session of the year – and boy, was it FUN! Not only did I get my hands on some newborn twins…they were both girls! I swear, I’ve been on a newborn boy streak…well, pretty much since I opened for business. Needless to say, I was just a little bit excited to work with these two!     

Meet Ashlynne and Emmie, 5 weeks old here. I usually prefer to do newborn sessions much earlier than 5 weeks, but the girls were born a bit early and Emmie had to spend some time in the hospital before she could make the trip up here from Portland to be a supermodel for the day. Thanks K & J for making the trip up – it was wonderful to finally meet you guys!

I met up with this family last weekend at Point Defiance Park, and we all had a blast! Aren’t they a stunning family? Not only were they good lookin’ – they made the entire session super fun, interacting really well with each other – and it shows in the pictures! Mama was a bit worried that Little Miss K wouldn’t warm up to me and my camera, but it only took her about 30 seconds, and she was my little BFF! An absolute dream to photograph! I’ll come blow bubbles with you guys any day! It was so nice to meet you all!
