March Mentoring – Seattle Newborn Baby Photographer

This is the second mentoring session I’ve done and I think I’m in love! Not only do I get to work with multiple newborns all in one day, I’ve been meeting some really great photographers and enjoying teaching what I do. I get asked all the time if I shoot with natural light (which I love to hear – because that’s the look I’m going for!) – but I shoot with strobe lighting. I was forced to teach myself how to properly use studio light to achieve the look I do – as my studio just doesn’t have enough available light.

We had 4  gorgeous models that day – all with great heads of hair! 3 little guys and 1 gorgeous baby girl. Thanks to all the mama’s who took the time to bring in their sweet babies for the day! Take a look at how many set ups we got! And a special thank you to the photographer’s who came along to learn – you girls were a ton of fun to spend the day with and I look forward to seeing your work progress!!:)

Also, I’ve got two more mentoring session’s coming up that each have one spot left. Each session is limited to 2 photographers. Email me @ info@theportraitplaceweb.com for more information.:)

Sunday 5/22

Saturday 7/9

UPDATE: All spots have been filled!

Seattle Newborn

bestest buds – puyallup family photographer

Just look at these little guys – I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever laid eyes on a more adorable set of brothers…..I can’t decide on what’s most adorable…their ridiculously gorgeous faces, the way their mama dresses them, or the fact that they truly are each others bestest buddies. The way they play is so cute!!!

The last time I saw these guys, Connor was just days old! It always blows me away to see how much they grow over time! We met up at a Puyallup park and I chased them around and around…made a total fool out of myself, and loved every minute of it.
